“Suddenly the DAP fortress in Penang is rocked to its core when PSY performed live in Penang at the BN CNY Open House with PM Najib in attendance and where over 60,000 people thronged the DAP’s hallowed grounds of the Han Chiang High School – ths same field where DAP held one of its biggest ever rally prior to the election in 2008 before they were swept into power.
To add salt to DAP’s wound, South Korean pop sensation PSY performed at the event, much to the chagrin of Lim Guan Eng’s DAP who has used the star’s ground-breaking hit Oppa Gangnam Style as a parody to mock the BN.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak spent two days in Penang, on the first and second day of Chinese New Year. The 1Malaysia Penang CNY Open House at the Han Chiang grounds signified the increased strength of BN, as the influential chinese individuals behind Hang Chiang are now swinging back their support towards BN after four years of DAP rule.
What has Penang achieved after four years of Guan Eng and Pakatan rule? Massive traffic jams, escalating property prices and deficit budget for three years in a row. Penangites now begin to lose patience for Guan Eng and his dictatorial ways, coupled with the constant squabble the party faces with PAS recently.
And his latest gaffe on the use of the word, ‘Penang’ is so embarrassing that I don’t know where to hide my face when friends from KL tease me about this tokong CM Guan Eng. He has lost his sense of reason and proportion and is always so paranoid and kiasu – so scared of the media that he had to resort to bullying them. I have many reporter friends in the media who constantly complained to me about Guan Eng and I am simply tired of defending him. That is why, it is time for him to go – go back to Melaka and let Penangnites lead Penang.
Lim Guan Eng also failed Penangnites when he failed to get PSY for Penang DAP CNY Open House. He couldn’t even handle Samsung and persuade them to invest in Penang because he is always talikg crap and boasting in front of them and yet want to be demanding when he has not got much FDI for Penang in the past 3 years. Now the Samsung FDI will surely go to another BN state as their message is sent to Guan Eng loud and clear through their sponsorship of the PSY concert for BN. If you don’t believe what I say, then please check with the CM’s Chief of Staff, Jeff Ooi who knows the Koreans well enough.
It is time to let a true Penangnite to lead Penang as Chief Minister.
I believe that Chow Kon Yeow was unfairly deprived of his right tobe the Chief Minister of Penang that night in Red Rock Hotel Penang on March 8, 2008 when Guan Eng bulldozed his way and appointed himself as Chief Minister.
Even if not Chow, there are people like Lim Hock Seng and Phee Boon Poh who are more senior than Guan Eng and who would make a better and more understanding Chief Minister for Penang.”
